Joseph Melo Obituary
JOSEPH MANUEL MELO
Joseph Manuel Melo made his journey to be with God Sept. 13, 2021.
Joe’s love for life, family, and friends was evident to all. He lived his early years on a dairy farm, but his true passion was music. While he was able to play several instruments, he was a gifted drummer, singer, and performer. Joe’s sense of humor and uniquely genuine smile brought joy to all around him.
Joe’s wife, Kathleen; daughter, Abby; son, Austin; brothers, Nelson, Larry, and Robert; and his family and friends will miss his presence in their lives.
A tropical “Margaritaville” themed celebration of life will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, at 12405 NW 43rd CT, Vancouver, WA. The venue will be open to the public at 2:00 p.m.; service will start at 3:00 p.m. Catered reception to follow. Festive/tropical/colorful attire is highly encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in Joe’s honor to East West Ministries, or the Humane Society.

I have great memories of JR high and high school with Joe. Have really great memories of playing in the Band Rock and Roll Revival. You will be missed so much my friend. Robin and I send out prayers and love to Kathleen and to Joe's children. See you later Buddy.
