Louella Johnson Obituary

LOUELLA JOHNSON Our beloved mother, Louella Johnson, passed away at a local nursing home the afternoon of January 11, 2006. She was born in Los Angeles, California in 1917. She grew up in Fort Madison, Iowa and married Ernest R. Johnson in 1940. She moved to Vancouver with her husband to begin his employment with Alcoa. She was a stay-at-home mom who started raising a family of three boys. Louella will always be remembered as a wonderful mother. She loved her children and her grandchildren, and they became the "loves of her life". She enjoyed family gatherings and outings. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest R. Johnson, who died in April of 1994. She is survived by three sons, Mac, Terry and Tim Johnson, all of Vancouver. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Evergreen Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements. At her request, a private family service was held.

I am very sorry about your mother for I know how special mothers are. She was always so nice to me. Lou and I had some fun times together. I'll never forget my eighteenth birthday or when she would fix me some of her good desserts from time to time. We always could laugh about some of the craziest things! When I was a young girl she always made me feel very special.

Please be assured that we will keep you in our prayers and I just know, that even though it's hard to think of Lou not being here on earth, she's in a better place.....

Sincerely,

Kent, Becky, Chris, Malena and Marina Bjorklund
