KATHRYN "KAY" E.
(WINWOOD NEWKIRK) KING
April 3, 1927 ~ March 24, 2013
"As we grieve our loss of a precious lady who cared for and gave joy to so many, we rejoice that she is Dancing Again."
Kay King of Vancouver, WA, passed away on March 24, 2013.
Kay is survived by her children and step-children: Brian Newkirk, Carolyn Kublick, Debbie Roberts, Larry King, and Barbie King; by her grandchildren: Annette Gustafson, Cassandra Thames, Jon-Paul Roberts, Heidi Davis, and Erin Travis; by her great-grandchildren: Jordan Henderson, Andrew Henderson, Sebastian Spanu, Meagan Gustafson, Akeela Davis, and Carter Travis; and also by Carol Waring, who cared for her daily, and who was one of Kay's many nieces and nephews. Kay was preceded in death by the love of her life, Kenneth King.
A Celebration of Kay's Life will be held April 20, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., at Messiah Lutheran Church in Vancouver, WA. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Friends of the Carpenter.

I still miss my friend Kay to this day! She was a wonderful faithful friend and I thank God that he brought us together and life made us friends. We will see you again Kay on the other side of Heaven. ❤

You have our deepest heartfelt sympathy in the loss of Kay. We have so many fond memories of the outstanding Christian women and friend Kay was to us. She had an amazing gift of hospitality and we shared many dinner parties at her home. We thank God he brought us together and life made us friends.
