Jeanne Chevron Obituary

Jeanne Chevron, age 91, passed away March 2, 2009 in Vancouver, WA. She was born in St. Johns, OR on June 22, 1917 to James and Emma Catto.
She married Leonard Chevron in 1936 and they lived in the Portland, OR area where she worked for Western Transportation. After retiring they moved to Washougal, WA and later to Cascade Inn in Vancouver.
In their younger years she enjoyed watching Leonard play softball. She also enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, reading and watching mysteries on TV.
Jeanne leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her 10 siblings and her husband.
At her request there will be no services. Entombment will be private at Portland Memorial.
Straub's Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas, WA is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorial donations can be given to Hospice Southwest at P.O. Box 1600, Vancouver, WA 98668.
