GARY LEE HIBLAR JR.

Gary Hiblar passed away peacefully at his home in Vancouver, WA, July 16, at the age of 47. He was born to Mary Jane Kosier and Gary Lee Hiblar Sr. in Puyallup, WA, July 15, 1974.
A longtime resident of Vancouver, Gary attended Prairie High School alongside Carrie and made lifelong friends. They spent 27 years together, started a home and raised two beautiful girls. He was a member of Local 555 as a hardworking cement mason. He enjoyed hunting, camping trips, gold panning and anything outdoors. Gary took great joy in attending estate sales, collecting coins and tinkering in his garage. BBQing with friends and family was special to him. Most of all he valued spending time with Carrie and the girls. He was very proud of their accomplishments, attending softball games and graduations. He was generous, loved a good joke and endlessly teasing everyone he knew.
He is survived by his lifelong partner and best friend, Carrie Lee Smith of Vancouver; his two daughters, Kayla and Sydney Hiblar; his mother, Mary and father, Robert Breitenbauch; his father, Walter Billgren Jr. and stepmother, Susan Billgren; sister, Amy Bohanan and brother-in-law, Greg Bohanan; and brother, Thomas Breitenbauch and sister-in-law, Trista Breitenbauch; brothers, Alex Billgren, Brian Billgren and sister-in-law, Jessica Resendiz. Gary leaves many nieces, nephews, two great nephew and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Lee Hiblar Sr.; sister, Tonia Breitenbauch; and brother, Chris Breitenbauch. ]
A celebration of life will be held August 1, 2021, at 11 a.m. and the service will start at 1 p.m. at Alderbrook Park. 24414 NE Westerhold Rd Brush Prairie, WA 98606.

My cousin Gary would always find a way to tease and make you laugh. Gary loved and was very proud of his family. We all love and will miss him so much. I will hold his laugh and incredible smile close to my heart until we meet again.

I knew gary since the day he was born, Also knew his father Gary Hiblar who was a very good friend. My best memory gary coming too see me,after i had open heart surgery everyday for 23 days in the hospital,and stopping by my house often,to visit. I love him very much,and will miss him.Uncle,Tony Simas Sr
