Edwin Walker Obituary
EDWIN JENNINGS WALKER
January 23, 1955 ~ December 14, 2011
Edwin Walker, 56, passed away Dec. 14th. Coming from his hometown of Bellflower, CA, he moved to Vancouver, WA in 1988. At Bellflower High School, Edwin lettered in golf, playing in the Junior U.S. Open and later playing twice to qualify in the PGA U.S. Open.
Edwin worked as purchasing agent for various area employers, where he met his wife, who survives him, Julie Kangas-Walker.
In Dec. 2003, Edwin and Julie chose full-time RV travel, eventually calling Grants Pass, OR their summer home of the past four years.
Edwin is also survived by his brother, John; step-sons, Colin, Bruce and Adam Johnston; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents, John and Lovie Lou.
