WILLIAM "BILL" MORRIS BUCKBEE
January 29, 1944 ~ November 28, 2015
William "Bill" Morris Buckbee, 71, went home to Jesus, surrounded by his family, on Nov. 28, 2015. He was born on Jan. 29, 1944 to Howard and Lenore Buckbee in Woodland, WA.
Bill married the love of his life, Linda in 1966. They built their home in LaCenter, WA and raised their family there.
He retired from Bonneville Power Administration as an electrician in 2005.
Bill loved being with his family
and visiting with friends, old and new.
His favorite activities were flying, riding his motorcycle, traveling, and going to old car shows and air shows.
Bill is survived by his wife, Linda; daughters, Lisa (Mike) Honl and Andrea (Randy) Jacobson; grandchildren, Sam, Andy, and Jared; and two brothers.
A memorial service will be held on Sat., Dec. 5, at the Ridgefield Church of the Nazarene at 11 a.m.

what a bright light! your warmth and wit were contagious, I was lucky to get to know you this past year, I wish I had lived closer to home to be more of a family, but I am blessed to have had you as family. - We will all see you again - that you can count on!

I will miss Bill. He lived a very good life and is now in an even better life. Love to Linda, Lisa, Andrea and those grandsons that he thought so much of.

Faith and family, I took so many lessons of who I wanted to be growing up watching Bill. Some of my finest moments the last few years included sitting with Bill on the back porch and talking about Jesus. I cannot wait for the blessed reunion when we shall gather together with Bill and celebrate before Christ's Throne just as he is doing today... and Bill was the only grownup I knew as a boy who still liked to drink milk, I think of him whenever I pour a glass to this day. Our love and prayers are with you all!
