WAYNE KEITH MAYER
November 25, 1941 ˜ February 6, 2024
On Feb. 6, 2024, Wayne Mayer, 82, peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family. Wayne was born to Dorothy and Max Mayer in Helena, MT, and grew up in a large, loving family in Felida, WA. His siblings were brother, Stan; sisters, Mary Kay, Gloria Nunes and Connie Alward (husband, Michael); and many nieces and nephews. He was a loving, funny, caring person that was also a hard worker; working 50 plus years in the beverage business in Vancouver, WA.
Wayne had three children from his first marriage, Mike, Linda and Michelle, and two sons with wife, Patti, Mark and Dustin. He also had three stepchildren that he was also close to, Jeff Wood, Brett and Tricia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His son, Dustin, preceded him in death. He loved all his children.
Wayne did not want a service, but a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

My first memory of Uncle Wayne was when he would come over to visit my mom, his sister Mary Kay, during his lunch break and he'd be driving his big work beverage delivery truck. He would treat us kids to an orange soda. Now that's a sweet Uncle! Will miss him indeed!

Went to grade school with Wayne´s older brother, Stan and sisters, Mary Kay.
Knew Wayne as a young kid, who was always fun to be around.

I met Wayne in Jr. High School. I also worked in the beverage business with him for over 35 years. He was always fun to be around. I am sorry to his family for such a great loss. He will be missed by all that ever knew him.

My dad was so much more than can be fit into two paragraphs. He was kind, inspiring, always positive, consistent and nurturing. He is the funniest person I will ever know. His humor is instilled in me and will carry me through to my final days. I love this man with all my heart. Rest in peace my beautiful father. Love eternally, Ace.
