TOMISLAV (TOM) BILIC
February 8, 1941 ˜ June 27, 2022
Tomislav (Tom) Bilic was born in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, on Feb. 8, 1941 and passed on to be with the Lord on June 27, 2022. Tom fled from Communist-ruled Yugoslavia at the age of 17 to live the American dream. During this journey, he met his wife, Delia in Italy before embarking on the United States.
Tom and Delia founded the airport shuttle/charter bus service Blue Star Transportation in 1977. He continued to work and run his fleet sales company after retirement.
Tom was an active member of the Bosnian community and worked to bring refugees to the United States during the conflict in Yugoslavia in the early 1990s. Many families started their American story in the Bilic household as guests of Tom and Delia. These families are now proud American citizens because of his work.
Tom is survived by his wife, Delia; his daughter, Carmen; his sons, Michael and Anthony; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services to be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens on July 9, 2022, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (official service starts at 12:30 p.m.)

So sorry for the loss Tom was a very nice man.He hired me to deliver packages in the early 80's . His Daughter Carmen trained me he had a wonderful wife and family. My thought's are with his family.
