Delia Bilic Obituary
DELIA BILIC
May 3, 1942 ˜ February 25, 2024
Delia Bilic was born in Fiume, Italy, May 3, 1942, and passed on to be with the Lord on Feb. 25, 2024. Delia and her husband, Tom, immigrated to the United States in the early 1960’s to live the American dream. The couple settled in Vancouver, WA, and founded the airport shuttle/charter bus service Blue Star Transportation in 1977.
Delia loved cooking, gardening, sports, her weekly trips to the casino, and socializing with family and friends. We will miss her fiery Italian persona, sweet, humorous side, and big heart.
Delia is survived by her daughter, Carmen; her sons, Michael and Anthony; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary of Guadalupe Mission Catholic Church in Ridgefield, WA, March 23, 2024, at 1 p.m.

Delia Tom an I were in the same refugee camp in Capua, Italy. We went to grammar school there. I was briefly in touch with both of them a few years ago and wanted to reconnect. To my great shock and sorrow, they are both gone and my hope to be able to see them again is now gone. I´d like to be able to talk to her children if possible. I´m writing our history in the camps and wonder if they left memoirs or pictures behing
