GLORIA LYNN BLAKE
November 20, 1964 ˜ April 25, 2025

Gloria Lynn Blake, aged 60, passed away on April 25, 2025, in Washougal, WA. Born on Nov. 20, 1964, Gloria was known for her resilience, loving nature, sharp wit, and free-spirited approach to life.
After graduating from Waldport High School, Gloria served in the U.S. Army, climbing the ranks to Private First Class. It was there that she met and fell in love with her husband, Edward Blake. After marrying and having three beautiful children, she channeled her passion for serving into her caregiving business, Angels of Mercy. Her commitment to humanitarian causes was also evident in her volunteer work during Hurricane Katrina, and her missions with Gateway Community Church to build churches in Nicaragua. She is survived by her mother, Gloria Jean Smith; stepfather, Frank Crawford; stepmother Susan Burns; children, Rachel Lynn Blake, Edward Patrick Blake II, and Kelli Anne Blake; granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn Diaz; siblings, Michelle Crawford, Troy Yonce, Christopher Yonce, Heidi Birkeland, Kelli Bennett, Joey Burns, and Tanya Ledbetter; and great-grandmother, Dollie Bennett.
Gloria also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Patrick Blake, and her father, Douglas Eugene Bennett.
