My sympathy to Carmen's family. I have so many fond musical memories of working mostly, enjoying her performances, and admire her strengths and accomplishments with teaching students' orchestra. I know of no other person who actually went to Japan to learn the "Suzuki' method, first hand, before presenting it to her students.

We are sorry for your loss. Your mother was an amazing person; she touched the lives of many and her legacy will live on. May you be comforted by the prayers of loved ones and friends and by the promise of the faith she lived in. God Bless You !

My thoughts are with Roger and Carmen's family. She will be remembered for the good times we shared over quartets.
