I have always admired aunt Verna. She was always happy every time I seen her. I'm so lucky to have had such a wonderful aunt. I wish I could be there Sunday. But the snow just keeps falling here. My love to all my cousins, uncle Joe aunt janice and my Mom. Verna was a great Woman.

I am writing this for our mom, Adele: My heart is so sad. I was just going to call Verna yesterday, but got sidetracked. I got Joe's Christmas card saying Verna was sick. I should have come over then. Because our birthdays were just a few months apart, we called ourselves the Montana sisters. I will attend her service. ** My mother loved Verna and cherished her as a very wonderful friend and a very good person. Mom is 95 and knows how precious life is. Please know I thought a lot of Verna as well.
