Rick Hughes passed away November 1, 2025. He was survived by his wife, Joan; sister-in-law, Sue Flagg; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cedars Public House in Brush Prairie on February 7 from 1-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
