PATRICK JOSEPH LEONTI
March 16, 1942 ˜ August 19, 2022
We have said goodbye to Pat who valiantly fought cancer for 9 years. It was with the same determination that he protected the most vulnerable as a Portland police officer for nearly 27 years. Pat was an avid runner, running dozens of marathons and countless other races. Music and knowledge of history were his passions. Norma, his wife of 32 years, lived in many places after Pat retired but loved Arizona the best. And that is where his ashes will be spread.
Pat leaves behind stepdaughter, D’Anna Edison (James); granddaughter, Caitlin; stepson, Robert Merino (Britt Marie) and extended family.
A special thanks to the Ray Hickey Hospice House for their compassionate care.
Rest well, Paddy. End of Watch Aug. 19, 2022.
