Patricia Atchison Obituary
PATRICIA RAE ATCHISON
Patricia Rae Atchison passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family Aug. 6, 2021 after a long and eventful battle with old age. She was 87.
She is survived by her seven children, David (Meg), Susan, Lauren (Jon), Sandra, Paula, Patrick (Debbie), and Joan.
She has 13 grandchildren, and is “Grandma-the-Great” to 21 great-grandchildren, and “Great-Grandma-the-Great” to one. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and her two beloved dogs.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, of 55 years, and her lifelong best friend, Liz, just three months ago.
She kept her sense of humor until the end, laughing and answering lots of questions.
Patricia was a wife, a mother, realtor, and an Auto licensing agent (25 years). Among her hobbies were gardening, baseball (the Seattle Mariners), and cooking. She was the kind of cook that could feed a family of nine a delicious four-course meal from an empty cupboard.
You fought the good fight, your battle is over, and we will miss you forever. Be at peace mom.

I worked with Patty for many years. She was talented in so many areas, I still have a brass butterfly that she made all of her co workers as a Christmas decoration, it sits in one of my favorite plants. Patty had such a good sense of humor and was one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. I think of her often and smile with the memory. Peace to her family.

So sorry to hear of Pattty's passing, First met Patty when she helped out at Vancouver Mall Auto Licensing 0605 in 1985, then for over 24 years at Clark County Auditor's Auto Licensing 0601.
Loved her wonderful sense of humor, kindness, and steadfastness. Wonderful family person, EXCELLENT cook, and what a talent in art.
Patty will be remembered and missed with love.
Prayers for comfort and peace to her family.
