MICHAEL E. DEGRANDPRE
January 17, 1950 ˜ February 18, 2025
Graduate of Fort Vancouver, 1968. Lived in Vancouver, WA most of his life. Currently lived in Boise Idaho. He loved dancing and was active in his church and AA. He is survived by wife, Marie; sister, Theresa; two daughters, Deanna Holley, Texas and Michaela Harworth, Oregon; one son, Nathan DeGrandpre, North Carolina,: 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Celebration of Life to be May 31, 2025 at Ten Mile Community Church, Meridian, Idaho at 11 a.m.

I met Michael at Eagle Hills Golf Course as part of a local chapter of Idaho Golf Fellowship. While he was not the greatest golfer in the world--as he would often tell me--he thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship of our Bible studies and the opportunity to play a few holes of golf with fellow believers. I always enjoyed riding on the golf cart with Michael, learning about his life and his deep love for our Creator and Lord. I am so glad that Michael and Marie had the opportunity to take some exciting trips and visit many parts of the world before he became incapacitated. I, and many of the members of Idaho Golf Fellowship, will deeply miss Michael and his love for God.
