Thank you Officer Rogen for the kindness you showed to my Dad, when our car had gone into a ditch on a snowy morning. You were the first on the scene and let my Dad, who was a senior citizen at the time, sit in your car where it was warm, while our car was pulled out of the ditch. Your kindness has long been remembered.
