JOYCE DANIELS
November 8, 1930 ˜ November 14, 2021

Joyce was born to Evelyn and Carl Seppela in Seattle, WA. At a very young age, she and her twin sister were adopted into a loving family and raised on Orcas Island. Orcas Island High School is where she met and married the love of her life. She and Harold were married 49 years. They were blessed with three children, Debbie (Steve), Pam (Steve) and Ken (Lori); three grandchildren, Kari, Aaron and Justin; three great-grandchildren, Keegan, Mackenzie and Jaxson. Mom and dad were past members of Royal Oaks Country Club and had quite the group of friends. After dad passed away, mom moved to Glenwood Place where she looked forward to bingo, happy hour and monthly mystery drive. She made a few friends at Glenwood, especially Greg and April, who played a huge part in mom’s life. We would like to thank them for their love and friendship.
We would also like to thank the staff at Glenwood Place for mom’s additional care during these last few weeks.
A private burial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 22, 2021.

Joyce is the mother of my best friend Ken Daniels . We grew up together in the Harney neighborhood . I was over to the house often , Kens mom was always very, very nice to me. She was always very funny with a quick laugh and smile. It is nice to know Joyce and Harold are happy together again. Thoughts and prayers to Ken, Deb, Pam, and their families .

Joyce became our good neighbor when we moved down the street from her in 1999. She tickled us by always calling us `hey kiddo´. I ran into her at Glenwood Place a month ago. Always spunky and fun. Hope there is a happy hour and a dance floor where you are!
