JARI ANN SHEESE
May 6, 1962 ˜ October 12, 2021
Jari Ann Sheese was a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Jari passed peacefully with her family by her side Oct. 12, 2021, at 59 years old after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
Born May 6, 1962, in Greencastle, IN, Jari was always filled with wonder and curiosity. She attended Indiana University where she studied Spanish, which led her to study abroad in Peru where she found the spark that would one day lead her to her true passion - glass. A prolific glass artist, Jari traveled the world and taught the art of lampworking on four continents. An avid traveler, she traveled to over twenty countries throughout her life, which greatly inspired her art. She also enjoyed hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family and friends.
While lampworking was her life’s greatest work, her life’s greatest love was her family. She is survived by her husband; her daughters, Bianca Dávila and Layli Sheese; her parents, Earl and Marcia Sheese; her siblings, Lori Naanes, Kelly Smith, and David Sheese; and her grandson, Jack Dávila Stinson.
She was vibrant, loving, kind, and full of life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Ray Hickey Hospice House where Jari spent her final days.

I am so very sorry. I could not get an answer to my texts so I went hunting on the internet only to find Jari's obituary on this website. She was/is so admirable and deserving of great respect, a very caring person as well. I can only say her passing is a great loss to not only her family but to everyone who had the good fortune to know her. Bianca, Fabrisio I wish I had known sooner. I had no other contact info except for Jari's mobile. I plant trees all the time in my yard. The new one's are for your mom... wife.
