Sue Nevitt-Marlette
February 5, 2006
In the 60's, our family would take a trip to the "country" (which is now the Vancouver Mall area) to spend the day with the Proctors. Riding horses, playing in the silo, feeding cigarette butts to the donkey, and getting chased by the turkey are some of the things we did to stay out of Isabelle's kitchen. Isabelle's stature and poise will always remain in my mind, as well as her very distinct voice. She made good cookies, too. On behalf of the entire Nevitt family, our thoughts and prayers go out to the Proctor family.
