"She was a very kind hearted person.
She always saw the good in everyone she met. She will be
greatly missed, but our memories of her will never fade."

Wanda L. Kelly passed peacefully on the morning of February 6th, 2011 in Vancouver, WA. She was born in Seminole, OK on October 1st, 1927 to J.D. and Margaret Fowler and attended Varnum High school where she met her future husband, John Kelly.
They were married on June 27th,1944. They had four children, Nancy, David Wayne, Paul and Jeffrey.

Wanda loved her church where she was an active member for over 58 years. She worked in the Primary and Nursery departments.
