STEPHEN ”STEVE” MICHAEL HAINLEY, II
June 13, 1971 ˜ December 8, 2018

Stephen Michael Hainley II, 47, passed away, surrounded by loved ones, on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at PHSW in Vancouver, Washington.
Steve was born June 13, 1971 in Long Beach, California, to Lynne (Branch) and Stephen Hainley Sr. He grew up in Clark county, attending Battle Ground High School and Portland Community College.
Steve was a former musician and a barista in Portland. He also enjoyed the outdoors, being with friends, skateboarding, hiking, traveling, photography, clubbing, attending concerts, and movies.
Following a devastating stroke in 2010, Steve’s life was changed in an instant. Despite serious health challenges, he worked hard in therapies, attended Stroke/Brain Support Group activities, movies, concerts, yoga, and was still able keep his amazing sense of humor intact.
Steve is survived by his parents, Lynne and Steve Hainley; his brothers, John and Daniel Hainley; and many relatives and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kathryn and Harold Hainley and Virginia and David Branch.
