SHIRLEY JEAN ESCH
June 16, 1935 ˜ January 30, 2019

Shirley Jean was born to Dean and Ruth Bauguess on June 16, 1935 in Carson City, NV. The family moved to North Bonneville, WA the following year in 1936.
Shirley married Eugene Esch just out of high school and had four children.
She retired from the Teamsters Union on Swan Island (ship repair).
Shirley’s only brother, Ken Bauguess of Vacaville, CA, passed away just three days before Shirley. She passed away in the early morning hours of Wed., Jan. 30, 2019 due to complications from leukemia. She fought the disease with a vengeance for over four years.
Shirley was loved by all who met her
and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by four children: Kenneth Esch (Juanita) of Battle Ground, WA, Cheryl Coffman of Seattle, WA, Tina Nichols (Craig) of Vancouver, WA and Robert Esch of Vancouver, WA; and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by Eugene Esch.
There will be a graveside service at Park Hill Cemetery, 5915 Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA, on Sat., Feb. 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
