My mom,Peg Ewing, passed away in 2013. She worked with Mr. Holbrook for years @ Barnes Hospital. I remember him as being a very nice man and I know my mom spoke highly of him. I still have old black/white photos of them together at Barnes. I will say a special prayer for him.

Papa tomorrow is going to be a tough day. While I find peace in the reunion of you and grandma I find heartache in not being able to wrap my arms around you or grandma again. I will forever hold many great memories. May you rest in peace and may I make you proud. Love you. Xoxo

5 Generation-Holbrook's
Grandpa Holbrook, I want to say Thank You for it's you and your bride who instilled from generation to generation what the word Family means. You passed down the dedication it takes to raise a family and to take care of one another. I am so very fortunate to be married to someone that truly thought the world of you. A man that will always want to make you proud and will forever hold you close to his heart. You are an amazing man and may you be dancing in the clouds with Grandma knowing you did a great job and will be missed but thought of daily. Thank you from your oldest Grandson's Family.

Dad today is a sad day for all cause your gone but at the same time very joyous knowing you are once again with our mom and your parents and siblings. I have so many fond memories but the ones that will forever be imbedded in my head will be all the hours you and I spent gardening together and then when it was time to harvest how mom, you' I and my children would sit in my back yard for hours snapping beans and laughing uncontrollably over stories you would tell of your childhood. You have given me more then anyone could imagine and made me not only the man but father and grandfather I am today. You may be gone but you have left me with great memories to share with your grandchildren. RIP dad xoxo Joseph John #9
