PAMELA “PENNY” SUE SCHWEIGERT
September 7, 1951 ˜ March 3, 2021

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt passed away peacefully at home March 3, 2021. Penny was born to Ed and Bernie Blair and raised in Vancouver, WA, with her five sisters.
She graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1969. Penny lived her life to the fullest and loved her family deeply. She had a generous and kind heart, always willing to help anyone.
She loved her home, gardening and being outdoors in the sunshine. She also loved to sing and had a beautiful voice as many know.
She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and all the love and laughter they brought to her. Penny truly loved her sons and grandchildren immensely.
Penny is survived by her sons, Jeff and Joe; her grandchildren, her sisters and many family members.
She was very much loved by her family and will forever be in our hearts.

When I first walked into NW Navigation Credit Union there she was. The friendliest little person I would ever meet there. I loved her bright and shining personality and her laugh. She really did care about the people she dealt with and bonded with many of us. Penny came to my husbands Life Celebration February 2020 and greeted me with the biggest hug. She and he actually both attended the old Fort Vancouver High School and I believe she was one year ahead of him.
I missed seeing her after they closed the Credit Union Office here in Vancouver.
My condolences to the family. She was a lovely, lovely person!

Penny was such a light at the credit union. How rich we were for having known her kind ways - definitely a friend to many. Roy and I send our blessings to the family. Rest in God's holy peace sweet lady. You will be greatly missed.

Penny was a dear friend during our school years. She talked me into riding horses for the first time and it was so fun. Our moms knew each other so we had a family connection. Wish we had photos from way back then.
