KATHLEEN V. BLOOMQUIST
March 26, 1944 ˜ May 11, 2021
Kathleen Victoria Bloomquist was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Kathy left this world May 11, 2021. She had been battling lung cancer. Kathy was 77 years old, born in Wisconsin but lived most of her adult life in Washington state. She is survived by her doting husband of 28 years, Larry; her three children, Darlene, Greg, and Karen; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Kathy loved spending time with family and loved ones. She strongly promoted family ties and she loved deeply! She was a devoted and passionate Christian. In her working years, she was a special needs educational assistant and enjoyed spending time with and supporting her students.
Kathy enjoyed the companionship of her terrier dog Riley - she affectionately called him her ‘shadow’ and he brightened her every day.
