KAREN JEFERIES PRINTZ
October 15, 1957 ˜ December 26, 2018

Karen Jefferies Printz was born October 15, 1957 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Mary and Hugh Jefferies. She has two older sisters: Robin Younger and Kim Jefferies. As a child, Karen spent time in Newport Beach, California, but mostly grew up in Lake Quivera, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City.
Karen was a graduate of the University of Kansas, but moved to Portland, Oregon to live with her sister Kim who was attending law school.
It is there she met her husband of thirty three years Randy Printz and moved to Vancouver, Washington. Karen was perhaps the nicest person to walk on this planet and loved her friends dearly. She was particularly fond of her four legged friends; mostly golden retrievers, but any good dog would do in a pinch.
Karen worked at Wendel Family Dental for many years and volunteered at the Washington School For the Blind. She is survived by her father, two sisters, husband, many many many close friends and Sage (a Golden Retriever of course). She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate Karen’s life on Friday, January 11th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Royal Oaks Country Club, 8917 NE Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, WA 98662.
