Hallie Holland passed away on August 23, 2018 in Tacoma, Washington.

Hallie is survived by his wife, Lisa; his children, Joseph, Jacob, Deena, Solona and Cory; his 18 grandchildren; his parents, Paula and Alvin Dunn and Ray and Connie Holland; his brothers, Chris and Paul Holland and Dan Hanford; his sisters, Simonetta (Nita) Street and Nita Shannon; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and countless others who adored him.

Hallie was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident in December 1993 and, as a result of his injuries, faced multiple major complications over the years.

Hallie was a warrior who fought these battles with the heart of a lion and the soul of a true champion never losing his amazing sense of humor.

While Hallie has traded wheels for wings and his family and friends will miss him terribly, he is now at peace.

The family is asking people to consider making a donation, in Hallies name, to either The Christopher Reeve Foundation or another charity/foundation whose focus is on spinal cord injuries.
