Eddie was such a bright, funny kid. Full of fun and energy. He was smart, too. He loved animals and always seemed to have some exotic pet or another. I always thought he'd end up working in wildlife biology, or something. My condolences to Eddie's sister and family.

Eddie was the most kind & genuine soul. My heart has hurt since I heard news of this tragedy. Anyone who knew him would be able to tell you all about the purity of his heart. He will be missed.

Eddie was a kind and genuine man. Trustworthy and brave, he made you feel safe and happy in his presence. We hadnt seen each other for a long time and I regret that now, I wish my kids had a chance to know him. His death is a tragedy we wont forget.

Dear Melissa, I have such fond memories of both you and Eddie as second graders, and your mother as a willing helper in class. I'm so sorry for your loss. God bless you.
