Duane A. Liddle, 91, husband and super granddad, passed away Feb. 23, 2018. He was born on New Year's day 1927 in Vancouver, WA, growing up in Fruit Valley and attending Fort Vancouver High School.
Duane joined the Navy and served in the Pacific theater, also traveling with Admiral Bird to the Antarctic.
After his service, Duane moved to Richland, WA and worked at Hanford where he met and married Rosalie Davie. They returned to Vancouver and Duane started his career at Boise Cascade.
Survivors include his children, Debra Liddle of Vancouver and Gregory Liddle (Patty Nelson) of Issaquah, WA; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Duane's memorial service will be held at his church- Columbia Presbyterian Church on Sat., March 10, 1p.m.

I have great memories of Duane and Rosalie at family picnics and outings. They were always ready to have fun and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Prayers to the entire family.
