Doris Wastradowski, 95, of Vancouver, WA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 5, 2015. She was born in Boise, ID on Dec. 17, 1919.
Doris was a retired Medical Secretary of Veterans Medical Center in Vancouver, WA.
She was a life member and past President of Clark County Genealogical Society, member of Fort Vancouver Chapter, Daughters of American Revolution, member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees (N.A.R.F.E.), past President of St. James Institute No. 145, Young Ladies Institute, member of Queen of Roses Institute No. 164, Young Ladies Institute, and past District Deputy of Young Ladies Institute.
Doris is survived by her six children: Carol Godsil, Jane Sheridan, Bill Wastradowski, Lynn and Walt Hollow, Louise Kirkland, Patti and Gary Leaf; plus her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Carl, in 1980.
Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, where Doris was a member, on Fri., July 10, 2015 at 10a.m. with Memorial Service to follow at 11a.m.

I`m sorry to hear your Mother died. I knew her from her parents who lived up the street, on "v" St. & her sisters June & Pat. St. James, Our Lady of Lourdes & Genealogy. I missed the funeral, didn't read the paper. Is June & Pat still alive? I would like to hear from you & I'm sorry for your lose. Grace Peters, 360-573-6210.
