Carolyn Jayne Watson, of Mansfield, MA, (formerly of Medfield, MA) born September 17, 1922 in Pullman, WA, died peacefully Thurs., June 28, 2018.
She graduated from Washington State University.
She was a church Director of Christian Education, Medfield Middle School teacher, and, with her husband, operated the Victorian Manner Gift Emporium in Medfield.
She was a church and community volunteer and Girl Scout leader and administrator.
Predeceased by her husband of 73 years, Roy Watson.
Loving mother of Linda Wallace and her husband Oscar of Bath, ME, Kim Watson of Franklin and Cynthia Phillips and her husband Clifton of Franklin. Sister of Barbara Potter of WA and the late Wynne Johnson. Grandmother of Sean Darling, Jennifer Leach, Nicholas Darling and Timothy Wallace. Predeceased by grandson Kelly Wallace. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
A service in celebration of Jayne's life will take place September 22, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the United Church of Christ, Medfield.
Memorial contributions in Jayne's name may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, NY 01305.
