BUD AXTELL

Bud Axtell, 90, of Vancouver, WA, passed away Fri., June 3, 2011 at home. He was born May 19, 1921 in Amherst, NE.
Bud worked in plumbing most of his life, moving to Vancouver in 1962. He operated ABS Plumbing for 20 years.
Bud enjoyed the Oregon dunes, traveling, boating, and was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge for over 50 years.
Bud is survived by his wife of 62 years, Genevieve Axtell; daughter, Lynda; son, Larry; sister, Grace; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lannis Axtell.
Funeral arrangements will be held on Sat., June 11, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Bud you always made me laugh and I always enjoyed having chat with you when you would come in to see Lanny and Linda in the warehouse and video stores. My thoughts are with your family. You will be missed and my heart is heavy.

Its been almost three weeks now since you passed away. I still think of you and our memories almost constantly. I know that your with lanny and you both are watching over me protectively. You will always be with me. R.i.p. Youre a god man grandpa you did a really god job. Now its just time to relax. You've done really well. Love always. Your little girl forever. Crissy.
