December 21, 1931 ~ February 5, 2018

Alfred "Al" Williams, 86, a longtime Camas, WA resident, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 in Sisters, OR. He was born December 21, 1931 in Neosho, MO.
Al proudly served as a Sergeant in the US Air Force during the Korean War as a member of the 19th Bombardment Group. He enjoyed attending military reunions around the U.S. and was a member of the VFW in Camas, WA.
Al worked in the Additives Department of the Camas Paper Mill for 30 years.
Boating was a passion and Al belonged to Vancouver Yacht Club for many years. He also enjoyed his pets, bicycling, walking, travel and spending time with family.
Al is survived by his wife, Barbara "Joan" Lilly-Williams; his children: Terri Chiodo, Rodney Williams, Randy Williams, Rick Williams and Tammy Harrison; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Ruth Elaine Williams; son, David Williams; and his five siblings.
A military burial at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, OR will be on Tues., March 27, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Followed by a Celebration of Life to be held at 2905 SE Division St., Portland, OR on Sat., March 31, 2018 at 12p.m. (For more information: contact Rod Williams)
