Has it been three years already? Quick for me, slow for all of you.
When a love one passes, it seems all of us are there for you for a first couple of weeks and then off we go into our own lives. I may have done that but I'll never forget Jerry and the entire Hubble family. I'll always remember his sense of humor, his ability to fix just about anything, and his love for his family and not in that order. It was a privilege to be your neighbor and getting to know all of you during those years we lived on 45th Street. It seems like a lifetime ago.
I wish you all peace during this anniversary remembering the husband, father and grandfather he was. Tell a few good stories to each other about him. Laughter eases the sadness.
Love to all of you.

Dear Bonnie, Carrie, and Jenni; Jerry was a wonderful man, and I enjoyed my few visits with him in Vancouver and in ND. He was a gracious and fun guy. In 1981, Jerry offered us a plane ride over Mt. St. Helens, a year after the eruption. I thought he was kidding, and Jerry teased me about my trepidation after Ray and I declined his offer. It's a fond memory after 25 years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless.

I was a teenager when I first remember Jerry visiting our family. He arrived in his Army uniform and I was so impressed. I would sit in awe and watch him spit shine his shoes and pack up his Army duffel. I will miss his regular trips back to Nebraska to visit family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
