JAMES JOHN LEE
July 1, 1940 ~ August 7, 2018
"Jim was forever giving those in need a helping hand."

James John Lee, 78, passed away at home in the Dollars Corner area of Clark County, WA. He was born the 7th of 12 children to Landen and Carmine Lee in Aguilar, CO.
Jim graduated from Hudson's Bay High School in Vancouver, WA in 1958. He immediately joined the US Army and honorably served for 3 years.
Jim worked at Alcoa plants as a supervisor in the Ingot Dept. for nearly 40 years. He had another career at Bonneville Power as a warehouseman, retiring in 2008.
Jim loved to travel as much as possible, including trips to Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and China. He also enjoyed marlin fishing in Baja, Mexico.
Jim leaves behind his sisters, Gerldine Stewart, Imogene Sanders, Lorraine Hunter and Mary Jo Alfonso; brothers, Roy Lee, Keith, Donald, David and Douglas; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Robert H. Lee and Kenneth A. Lee.
A Celebration of Life will be held Fri., Sept. 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Northwest Gospel Church, 305 NE 192nd Ave., Vancouver, WA 98684, with a reception to follow.

James you were a great brother in law we had alot good visits over the fence. Having you as my neighbor was great. You were alway's very giving you cared about family and alway's giving treats when my grandson's would come over. There are so many good word's to say about a wonderful guy.I've know you for 46 yrs and it was a real pleasure. Rest in peace you will be missed.
