CHARLOTTE ANNE COPELAND

Charlotte Anne Copeland, 76, of Kelso, WA, passed away Jan. 27, 2019. She was born in Chehalis, WA to Otto and Elsie Keopke on Oct. 4, 1942.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle and later retired from the WA State Dept. of Public Assistance as a social worker.
She was a member of the Sigma Beta Phi and the Methodist Church.
She enjoyed arranging flowers and traveling throughout the United States and Europe with her husband.
Charlotte is survived by her husband, William; brothers, Alan, Norman and Dale; and sister, Sharon.
A memorial service will be held Sat., Feb. 9 at 1:00 p.m. at the Longview Methodist Church in Longview, WA.

I knew Charlotte from when she worked at Home and Community Services many years ago. She was a dedicated Social Worker and her clients liked and respected her very much. She will be missed by those of us who had the privilege of working with her.
