MARILYN MCGILCHRIST
February 7, 1929 ~ February 6, 2016

Marilyn McGilchrist, 86, of Vancouver, WA, passed away on Feb. 6, 2016 at her home. She was born in Portland, OR to Arthur and Martha McLean.
Marilyn was a mother and a homemaker. She also worked for many years in the home office of Vancouver Federal Savings & Loan, later called Washington Mutual.
Marilyn was a member of the Columbia Presbyterian Church, Clan MacLeay, and the New Sweden organization.
Her hobbies included sewing, gardening, tending to house plants, and cooking.
Marilyn is survived by her son, Craig McGilchrist; daughters, Lori McGilchrist, Julie Schilling (Terry), and Nancy Bebek; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom in 2008.
A memorial service will be held on Mon., Feb. 15, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at Columbia Presbyterian Church, Vancouver, WA. Remembrances may be sent to Columbia Presbyterian Church.
