I didn't know you sir but I know your son, David.
I want to thank you for your service during a time of great need in our country's history.
I'd also like to commend you on the job you did raising your son. I had a chance to serve with him and it was his presence and calming influence that helped me through much during those times.
So long as his nose points downwards you won't be forgotten.
Fair winds sir.

Your dad came across as a gruff man but he was gentle as a kitten who would do anything to help anyone! Especially when it came to cars. I don't there was anything who couldn't do to fix an engine. Keeping you all in my prayers.
