CHRISTOPHER KNOX WADDELL
January 13, 1975 ~ July 31, 2011
Christopher Knox Waddell, age 36, loving husband, father, son, brother and friend passed away on July 31, 2011 after a three year battle with cancer. Chris was born in Newport Beach, CA where he lived until he was 12 years old when his family moved to Brush Prairie, WA.
After graduating from Prairie High School he went to the University of Idaho where he was a Beta Theta Pi and met the love of his life, Kristin Norton. They married July 18, 1998 and moved to Coeur d'Alene, ID where Chris became a financial advisor.
Chris and Kristin have been active members of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, ID.
Chris has always had a very loving and gentle way about him and a deep faith in our Lord. He had a wonderful personality and was loved by all. He loved his family deeply.
Chris was an outdoorsman, loving hunting, fishing, and the lake, but most of all playing sports with his children.
He leaves behind his wife, Kristin; sons, Connor and Kyle; and daughter, Brooklynn. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Pamela Waddell; sisters, Jennifer Waddell and Meredith McNair (Cory). He also leaves behind their very special friend and "Auntie", Ethel Schoenborn.
Private graveside services are being held with arrangements entrusted to Yates Funeral Home. A public Celebration service will be held at Real Life Ministeries church in Post Falls, ID, Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.

Although I haven't seen Chris in many years, I loved him dearly. He was a close friend to my son, Geoff, throughout school. I will miss him. His family will always be in my prayers.

Rest now from your strong fight Chris! We admired your positive and uplifting attitude throughout your long fight. We enjoyed you greatly as our neighbor and will miss you as our friend. I worked with Chris at APG Security at Hewlett-Packard. He had an infectious smile and a wonderful sense of humor!!! He is remembered fondly by many of us and will be missed. May God be with his family in this difficult time. Tory DeBoard
