Leona was a dear friend. One thing I appreciated about her was she knew how to pray. She blessed me in so many ways. I will truly miss her and will always cherish the wonderful conversations and laughter we shared. Praying for her family during this time of loss.

Dear Jim, Julie, Anthony, Danita and Alonda,
Gary and I were gone for 10 days and happened upon Leona's name in the death notices. I am so sorry for your loss. You know I would have been at her service if I had been in town. A sympathy card will follow.

To the Stroup Family. I am sure you know how appreciated Leona was in her roll as a Library Asst. She was special to many of us and to many students too. I am so sorry for your loss. I was putting on hand lotion the other night and it was a tube of Mary Kay that she probably gave me!
