CHASE ALLAN SMITH
January 23, 2011 ~ May 6, 2011

Chase Allan Smith of Vancouver, WA, son of Traci Koontz and Ryan Smith, went back to heaven on May 6, 2011.
Chase was very bright and alert. At only 3 months old, he had found his toes, loved sucking on his hands, being held, playing and laughing.
He made anyone who met him fall in love with him.
Special thanks to SW Washington Medical Center, Evergreen Pediatrics, Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Living Hope Church, AM/PM on 104th and Mill Plain for their donations, Columbia Credit Union for donations, friends and family members, Walmart #2550, TEARS Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente.
Chase leaves behind his loving family: parents, Traci and Ryan; siblings, Amira and Angel Smith; grandpa's, Allen Wingstrom and Patrick Teas; grandmas's, Sherri Koontz-Wingstrom, Judy Teas and Tammy; eight cousins; four aunts; five uncles; and four great-uncles.
A Celebration of Chase's Life will be held on Wed., May 18, 2011 at Living Hope Church (Brush Prairie) at 11:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, please bring a new toy to be donated to a children's hospital.

Traci and Ryan, there are no words that can make this easy, no words that will make the pain go away. However there are words that can help remind you how much you are loved and how much support from your friends and your family that you have. I know there are many of people that care about you and wish so much that they could make it go away and I know I am one of those people. I love you guys and am for sure here if you EVER need anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very sorry at least he has my Christopher up there to play with!!!!!!!
