Richard ”Rick” Andrus died suddenly at his Battle Ground, WA home on Sunday, January 20, 2019. He was born in Portland, OR to Jane and Elton Andrus.
Rick’s early career was spent in local law enforcement. For many years he worked with local architects and clients designing and fabricating unique steel placements and objects.
He will be missed by many, especially his beloved wife, Marie, and her children in Portland; brother, Dale and wife, Darlene Andrus in Salem, OR; and nieces, nephew, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and cousins in Portland.
A memorial gathering will be held at home, February 23, 2019.
Memorial contributions can be made to County Wide Chaplaincy, 2500 NE 78th Street, Hazel Dell, WA-98665, in honor of their assistance.
