I just saw this, I am so sorry to hear of Bobs passing. He tutored at Truman where I worked. He was very well liked and helped soooo many kids. He also lived down the street from my family. The world was a better place because of him.

I am so sorry to hear that Bob has passed away. Growing up in Port Angeles he and my Dad, Bill became life-long friends and he and Barbara were like a favorite uncl and aunt for me and my siblings. He was kind, funny, a wonderful father and husband and a terrific teacher. He made a real difference for so many students and for all who knew him. Much love to Barbara, Mark and Heather and to Bob in Heaven where I'm sure he is now. I'll miss you Uncle Bob, Lezlie (aka Lynn)

A wonderful neighbor, who often greeted me while he was out for his walks in the very early morning. I'll always remember this kindness.

Bob was a fantastic educator with incredible integrity, the greatest of character, and taught me how to navigate through a mine field called central office. He was a true gentleman.
