I just saw that Gene passed away on facebook this morning. I am so sorry for your loss. Gene was a great friend and great racquetball partner for many years. He is the one that encouraged me to start a new career 20 years ago. He will be greatly missed.....We are out of State right now and won't be able to make his service. We will be praying for your family.

Gene, you will surely be missed. I am sorry I didn't get to see you again. Had hoped to see you and CeCe at our 60th reunion party last September. I'll always remember our 50th though. May you rest in peace my good friend.

Gene was the prototype officer. He gave me my first and only speeding ticket here in Vancouver back many many years. I enjoyed our friendship for years thereafter. I wish peace and happiness to his family. RIP sir.
