I have so many fond memories of growing up near my cousins. Mike was always thoughtful, kind and reserved. These are qualities that he carried on into adulthood. As we remember him today and celebrate his life, I know I was blessed to have him as a part of my life. To Tina, Breanna, Jaclyn, Aunts, Uncle and Cousins, I share in your grief and will miss him. May you find peace in these words and promise from our Lord:
I am the resurrection and the life. He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.
Into thy hands, O merciful Savior, we comment thy servant Michael, a sheep of thine own fold, a lamb of thine own flock, a sinner of thine own redeeming. Receive him into the arms of thy mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints in light. Amen.

There are no words to express the kind of sorrow an untimely death brings. Our only hope is to trust The Lord for comfort and peace. I try to imagine Mike's particular heaven is a very diverse and lush hunting field. Praying for my cousins, aunt and uncle particularly at this time.

Got to know Mike and Tina after purchasing their home in Ariel years ago. He was gracious enough to share some hunting sweet spots but made me promise not to tell... We shared a lot of laughs and he shared a lot of knowledge as we spent countless hours hiking up the Speelyai. I learned a lot from him as he was always kind enough to share. A great man from a wonderful family; kids, parents and siblings alike. The Lord may have taken a warrior home but he will never be forgotten...

I met Mike thru my husband Todd and then Tina and the girls. Todd and Mike met in their High School Freshman year. They remained best of friends to date. So many great stories about their adventures together I continue to hear from Todd. We spent past days in tears, in silence and laughing with memories. You are so deeply loved and missed. Tina and the girls will continue to grow/live with your love and energy surrounding them.
We will never forget, will love you and see you again someday.
Best Friends of life and beyond...

Mike,
Words will never describe the sorrow felt by all family, Friends and Loved ones, Nor can they tell of how much you will be missed but never, ever forgotten.
It was you who taught me all those years ago how to hunt, of which I am forever greatful. Thank you.
May you rest in heavenly peace my friend.
