JAMES M. KERSTETER

James M. Kersteter passed away April 9, 2011 in Vancouver, WA, where he lived most of his life. He was born in Independence, MO.
James enjoyed all sports, camping, fishing, and was a big NASCAR fan.
He worked for Grandma's Cookies/Frito Lay for 39 years.
He loved doing things with his kids and grandkids.
James is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jeanette, at home; sons, Steve and Joe Kersteter; step-children, Michelle Elrod, Julia Johnson, Philip Elrod, Jr.; and grandchildren, Nathan, Kyle, Michael, Sarah, David, Sadie, and Joshua.
James was preceded in death by his son, James L. Kersteter.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2011 at Memorial Lutheran, 2700 East 28th St., Vancouver, WA 98661.

Steve & Joe, I'm sorry for your loss but glad I had the privilege of working with him while at Frito-Lay. Your Dad made work a little more bearable and will always be remembered with a smile.
