John "Jack" R. McAndrew of Batesville, AR, died March 4, 2011 at the age of 85. He was born and raised in Ridgefield, WA.
Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Navy in the Pacific during WWII.
Jack is survived by Loretta, his wife of 63 years; daughters, Stephanie Garcia and Denise O'Brien; grandchildren, Denise McIntosh, Zachary Earnst and Shane O'Brien; and great-grandchild, Ashlyn.
His body has been donated to the University of Arkansas. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
