Berniece and family: We so enjoyed playing pinochle with Marlyn. He was quite the sportsman also. We remember watching him play softball and pingpong. We remember his kindness and generosity. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

I had the pleasure to train under Marlyn at BPA, and later become the Ross Substation Operator after his retirement. He was truly an inspiration and a gentleman. He will be missed, but remain in the thoughts of his friends and former co workers.

I have enclosed a photo I made of Marlyn's last visit to Ross along with Hank Messner. Hank was a member of BPA's first apprenticeship class.
